AIA Feedback Request
We must continue to create and present masonry coursework that is relevant and current. Over the last seven years the Masonry Association has used your feedback to create coursework and supporting publications. We feel this open line of communication with architects has made our AIA program efficient and productive creating better masonry and architecture in Florida.
In the last two years Florida has had two significant hurricane events, nationally, two others hit our country hard. Irma and Michael have changed our perspective on resiliency in construction and storm water management. Codes and wind zones are sure to be reviewed. Is it feasible to evacuate before a hurricane, or should we shelter in place? These issues have a renewed sense of urgency.
