Patrick J. McLaughlin holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Merrimack College and a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. His background in management consulting specializing in strategic, tactical, market planning and research projects spans from creation of a mission and vision to developing key process indicators and increasing a company's profitability. Pat has 34 years of management expertise in sales, finance, marketing operations, organizational behavior, general business management, educational and motivational speaking at the university level; and has additionally facilitated numerous workshops and seminars for companies and industry associations. Throughout his career Pat has 'built' long-term business partnerships with clients, analyzing construction and related economic indicators on a local, state and national level. Business companies and service organizations of commercial and residential construction seek his advice for planning and forecasting purposes. In addition to his position as Executive Director of the Masonry Association of Florida, Patrick will additionally manage the Florida Masonry Apprentice and Educational Foundation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to “the education of the masonry trade”.

Don Beers, PE, GC is currently the staff engineer for the Masonry Association of Florida and President of Adrian Engineering Services. Don acted as Engineering Services Manager with Rinker Materials for the past 29 years. Mr. Beers is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Civil and Structural Engineering and is a licensed engineer and general contractor in Florida. Has served as Chairman of the National Concrete Masonry Association’s Codes Committee and the Florida Concrete & Products Association’s Block Committee and currently sits on the Board of The Masonry Society (TMS). Member of MAF, ASTM, FES, NSPE, ASCE, ACI and TMS.

Deborah Bartolucci, Masonry Association of Florida Marketing, a communications major from the University of Buffalo, brings over 15 years of web design and development, marketing and promotional attributes to her position in Marketing for the Masonry Association of Florida. Past experience includes: ad campaigns and copy for trade publications and brochures, logo, packaging and software application interface design; in addition to creation of newsletters, instructional manuals, training curriculums, employee guidelines and training aids in the occupational therapy and software industries. In 2004, Deb joined the Florida Masonry Apprentice & Educational  Foundation as marketing coordinator for the state of Florida.
